Mommy's little helpers!

Well it has been a smooth day in the Walker home. I actually got a shower this morning and we did school before lunch. We had another fun craft today. We made snowmen magnets using Popsicle sticks and paint, really cute! The hand print craft was what we did yesterday. The boys are doing so well in school. I am so proud of them and I so glad God has given me the chance to homeschool. I love it!

After a good nap (all of us except Cohen) we got up and had popcorn for snack and playtime. The older two went up to their room and Nolan stayed with me. I was in the kitchen doing something and Raegan began to fuss (she never gets the chance to cry, the most she get to do it grunt and someone will run)Nolan ran into the kitchen so proud that he got her passy, then he went back into the den. When I turned the corner this is what I found my little helper doing.1 Precious (and glad he did squish her)

Add a dash of color

Alright, so it is the end of the day and I am finally sitting down for a brief moment. We ran a bit behind today in getting our day started and I had a lot of help getting Raegan dressed all three boys picked a different hair bow to match her outfit which caused a lot of giggles to say the least!

Recently the weather in Delaware has been wild, warm and rainy one day then cloudy and frigid the next. It is hard to stay chipper when you have cabin fever. So today we added a dash of color. My dear friend Tami suggested this fun snowflake craft and it was a hit! After we completed our normal school subjects we began the process. First we colored coffee filters with markers, then we sprayed it with water and let the colors bleed, then after it dried we turned the into snowflakes!

After naps my boys had to much energy for playing inside but it was to cold to take Raegan out so I resorted to fit tv. Yeap I turned on yoga and forced my kids to follow along. Needless to say they got tired and I got a lot of laughs. Seeing three boys trying to balance and do the downward dog.....to funny!

Although I had my moments of craziness I would say it was another good day in the Walker house.

A new way to stay in touch

Well I have finally become a blogger. I have no idea what I am doing so forgive me as I get used to this. Its a normal day in the Walker house this morning, complete with dry cereal and cartoons. I hope that this will be an easy way for family to be involved and enjoy the "funny's" that come with raising four children. Talking on the phone is a rare thing these days. I am lucky to use the bathroom before noon! I will do my best to take the time to update and mention the little things that get me through the day. Until my next blog....
